1. About NaatiAce

NaatiAce is an AI-powered practice platform for the NAATI CCL (Credentialed Community Language) exam. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters).

2. Account & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Prices are listed in AUD and may change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account, redistribute our content, reverse-engineer our platform, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. Practice content is provided for personal study only.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our practice tests and feedback are generated using AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. NaatiAce does not guarantee exam results or NAATI certification outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

NaatiAce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NaatiAce after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
